In today’s episode, Dr. Andrea and fashion blogger, jewelry designer and radio host, Marie Fiorin discuss how to move lingerie from night time or sexy time into a day look. Learn how the French play peek-a-boo with a bra, use camisole straps for added femininity or just dress up for yourself to feel more feminine and sensual.
Then Dr. Andrea and sex & relationship therapist, Dr. Mike Dow (from E!’s Sex with Brody) take questions for viewers including what to do with erectile troubles that only come up in intimate relationships, but not one night stands. How smell can influence our choice in mates and whether your birth control is blocking your orgasm.

Empowering women is my passion!
Sensual Vitality-TV is a passion project of mine borne out of the sincere compassion I have for women who are suffering in passionless, orgasmless lives.
Why you need this
A few years ago I appeared on the Dr. Oz show in America and I mentioned that for optimal health women she experience 3 orgasms per week. After the show I was inundated with phone calls, emails and messages from women wanting to know:
- Is 3 the minimum or maximum,
- If I can’t achieve orgasm with intercourse is something wrong with me?
- My health and hormones are fine, but I still can’t get off, why?
- I can reach climax with masturbation by myself with my fingers or a vibrator, but with my partner I cannot – even with oral sex. I feel too shy. What can I do?
A woman who lives orgasmically with sensual vitality allows every situation to bring her the ultimate pleasure.
She lets her senses turn her on so that having a cup of tea, baking cookies for the kids, watching a sunset — all of these can be pleasurable, orgasmic experiences when she is fully tuned in and turned on by her senses.
We aim to serve you, precious woman
I have decided to share what I’ve learned and practiced for over a decade with the world through Sensual Vitality-TV. I will bring you the world’s leading experts in sex and relationship therapy to this platform. Our aim is to provide women with tips, interviews, tricks & stories to enhance your vitality, boost your orgasmic capacity and improve your intimate relationships.

Part 1 Marie Fiorin and Dr. Andrea discuss feminine fashion do’s and don’ts
(6 Min) Transform how you feel about yourself by dressing up – including your lingerie – to boost your confidence and sexy appeal.
(7 min) Developing a sexy alter-ego can also boost your confidence. Dress up as your inner sexy girl for more confidence, just like Beyonce did with ‘Sasha Fierce.’
(9 min 20s) Getting past the teasing, bullying and awkwardness of our youth, we can embrace our girly nature – including wearing lingerie as day wear. “Free the Nipple” is not just for St. Tropez girls! For white trousers and any skimpy dresses on the red carpet you MUST wear appropriate undergarments.
(11 min) Brief history of feminine fashion trends from corsets, to pinup & burlesque styles then Vivienne Westwood and Jean-Paul Gaultier with pointy bras and corsets on the catwalks, to sheer looks, we can give hints and suggestion of feminine form. And underneath we have an empowering secret — sexy skivvies worn just for us!
(14 min) Allow yourself to be turned on by your senses so you gain pleasure for yourself! Tell us what you’re up to with your lingerie.
Part 2 Dr. Mike Dow and Dr. Andrea take questions from live callers
(15 min) Q: Why Brett has trouble achieving and maintaining erection with a steady girlfriend, while he can get hard easily with one-night-stands? A: Dr. Mike discusses the novelty of a hook-up and dopamine in the brain and training the body to lock up with anxiety. Dr. Andrea talks about the different anxiety that women go through that interrupts the female sexual response.
(21 min) One-night-stands and hooking up is replacing committed relationships amongst millennials. Have we become immune to the fear of HIV/AIDS?
(25 min) Allison is married and says her sex life is monotonous and boring. Q: What can they do to spice up sex? A: Dr. Mike says it’s time for role play, surprises, changing location, sexting or flirt and compliment each other. Dr. Andrea encourages you to bring back focus and attention to what you enjoy about each other, play games to be more playful. Break the monotony by jumping your partner’s bones at the door for a quickie every now and then!
(28 min 20 sec) Q: Is it okay for a couple to watch porn together? A: Dr. Mike reminds women that most men do look at porn, so why not be willing to watch with him? While porn can be addictive, when engaged in occasionally and not as a total substitute for couple-sex, it can be helpful to arouse and stimulate.
(32 min) Q: Lydia’s boyfriend wants her to perform oral sex, but she gags and she doesn’t like it, help please! A: Dr. Andrea wonders what the mental association she might have – is it a mental block or a physical thing. Dr. Mike suggests that looking into the history (including sexual trauma or abuse) but if there is no psychological block, it can take a bit of practice. To avoid feeling overwhelmed, defeated or learning to dislike it, take it bit by bit. Teach yourself to tolerate it slowly and bring in hands, lips and use the mouth to focus on the head while your hands are on the shaft since the head is most sensitive. There is no need to ‘deepthroat’ it. Take away the pressure and treat it as a pleasurable act rather than a chore!
(38 min) Start with a shower to make oral sex a more hygienic experience. How to tell your partner what you like rather than focusing on what you don’t like. Dr. Andrea stresses hygiene – a lot! And Dr. Mike explains how artificial sweeteners alter the bacterial flora of the gut and vagina — promoting yeast infections. Then a caller explains that showering twice a day is washing away his sexy pheromones. Dr. Mike and Andrea talk about the interesting science behind love and attraction which is influenced by hormones — including oral contraceptives.
